Bending and Braking
To achieve desired angles and shapes in metal components.
CAD
Our team are experts in using Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) techniques to bring our client’s vision to life. We’ll create the drawings so you can proof and approve them before work begins, and we can ensure the end product is what you’ve imagined.
Hole Making
Whenever holes are needed in your project, we have the means to accomplish the task. Our facility has many pieces of dedicated equipment for the job, including iron workers, magnetic drills, drill presses, milling machines, hydraulic punches and a water jet.
Machining
Our new CNC mill allows us to offer precision machining services, including both milling and turning. We can mill slots and pockets and bore accurate holes, turn shafts, threads and face flat surfaces. Call us to find out how we can help you with your machining needs.
Press Brake
Our 320-ton press brake provides 12 feet of bending capacity to bend intricate parts in most materials, from thick plates to delicate sheet metal, to form complex parts in one piece using bends rather than multiple part assemblies.
Roll Forming
If your project needs smooth rolled features, we have you covered with multiple sets of sheet and plate rollers. We can even create radiused features in thicker materials by using step braking techniques.
Sawing
Our 18-inch band saw makes cutting linear goods to accurate lengths quick and easy. We offer straight or mitered cuts, and you can have us cut one piece or 100.
Shearing
With a maximum capacity of half-inch thick material and a cutting width of 10 feet, our hydraulic shear makes challenging cuts quick and easy, so you can have your sheet metal or plates cut to size accurately and quickly.
Sheet Metal Work
Our new sheet metal fabrication services include the production of plenums and other custom components, catering to HVAC systems and various industrial applications.
Water Jet Cutting
Our newly installed Flow Mach 500 water jet creates precise cuts on various materials without thermal distortion. Water jet cutting also offers the ability to cut extremely thick material where other forms of cutting fall short.
Welding
All of our welding work is completed by AWS certified welders, and our facilities allow us to tackle a variety of projects, from thin sheet metal to thick steel plates, using industry-standard MIG, Pulsed MIG, TIG and stick welding practices.
